I cannot recommend Korinne highly enough for incredible postpartum physical therapy and personal training services. Korinne provided me with the expert care and support I needed. From the moment I walked into the gym, I felt welcomed and understood. The personalized treatment plan she developed was not only effective but also adaptable to my progress and any new challenges that arose. The holistic approach she employed has had a profoundly positive impact on my overall well-being.

​Korinne’s PT was excellent! She was extremely thorough and attentive. She took time to go through every single lift or movement that I may be doing to see where the pain was and how to adjust so that I was able to continue lifting. Her follow up gave me numerous exercises and stretches along with modified movements to complete my lifts. I am still following her plan and have not had any back pain since!

I worked with Korinne to rehabilitate my shoulder. I was living with chronic pain and weakness from an 8 year old injury. I was under the impression that I couldn’t work out because of the pain, but Korinne helped me understand and reframe my chronic pain. By the end of my time with Korinne, my pain was controlled with regular exercise and I was back in the gym lifting weights more regularly than ever. I would absolutely recommend working with Korinne for physical therapy and personal training. Her extensive knowledge, desire to help people and passion for fitness and function make her stand out against other physical therapists.

Korinne is the best. She has gotten me into good shape and is flexible and easy to work with. I am thankful for my strength and endurance progress while working with Korinne. 

I saw Korinne in January of 2024 due to tweaking my hip during a lift. I reached out to her with my concern and she saw me the very next day. I saw her for two sessions and I noticed a difference right away. Korinne takes the time to brainstorm why an injury may have occurred and try to fix it that way before turning straight to modalities for treatment. This is why Korinne is a great PT- she knows her clients care about staying in the gym and recovering fast.  I highly recommend Renegade Rehab to anyone, even if working out is not something you regularly partake in.

Korinne provides highly accessible cash-based services. She is an advocate that strength training can and should be a lifelong pursuit, that you can lift heavy, and you shouldn't have to quit strength training due to injury. We are lucky to have her as a trainer at our gym and as a PT who is changing the narrative about heavy liftiing and CrossFit.
